Lanie M. Despreaux is a Natural Gluten-Free chef, Certified Nutritional Consultant and Certified Personal Trainer.  She has been helping people for over 15 years in the health, wellness and fitness industry. 

Putting all the pieces together and solving her own “incurable” autoimmune thyroid disease was what motivated Lanie to transform her life and career.    She is an expert in healthy gluten-free and dairy-free cooking and has EXTENSIVE knowledge and background with food allergies, food intolerances, and Celiac.

Lanie holds a certified membership in the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, American Association of Nutritional Consultants and received her chef training at Stillpoint Holistic Institute.  Additionally, Lanie has enjoyed taking gluten-free cooking classes at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC.  She is dedicated to promoting health and wellness to mind and body.
