Crash Course for Beginners

If you have just been diagnosed with Celiac or a gluten sensitivity, and would like an easy, quick, fun transition without all the legwork, you’ve come to the right place.   We will start with a Kitchen Makeover and toss the gluten-containing products that are taking up space in your pantry,  refrigerator and spice rack.  Hidden gluten may be lurking in places you may not even think of and could potentially sabotage your healing.  Next, we will set up the kitchen to prevent cross contamination in those cases where the whole family is not following a gluten free lifestyle. 

Help! My kitchen’s empty now!

After we’ve eliminated the culprits, we will take a trip to the supermarket and shop for what you CAN have and restock your kitchen.  We’ve experimented with so many products and have some favorite recommendations to share.
